It is a very good company. I have learned a lot working in this position, and above all, the project I am working on is very good.
The benefits are good, and if you have a good manager, it is easy to make yourself known and integrate into other projects.
Their growth processes can be somewhat slow. They depend a lot on your manager, and there is a lot of turnover in projects because, suddenly, there are better salaries elsewhere for the same position.
Varied questions, moving from general to specific in the primary language (Java). This was followed by general questions about other technologies. There was no code challenge, and the interview concluded with questions for the interviewer.
Easy, normal interview. Linux, AS/400, C++ and Java questions. Interviewed by developer, team leader and manager. Phone interview, exercises on a board onsite, technical questions in general, questions about old jobs and work.
I submitted my resume through their online portal because I didn't have any recruiters in my region. After a month or so, I got a phone screen interview with the hiring manager and a senior Java developer.
