Output based. Great people. Awesome company.
High work demand with low salary.
The morale of the people was very low because of the complicated process, tons of requirements, and budget constraints for the promotion of current employees. They would let new employees come in with a higher salary.
Putting the "Client First" is good, but putting the "Employees First" is better. Appreciated, rewarded, and trusted employees will always take care of the clients.
Easy, normal interview. Linux, AS/400, C++ and Java questions. Interviewed by developer, team leader and manager. Phone interview, exercises on a board onsite, technical questions in general, questions about old jobs and work.
The interview took place in a normal atmosphere. They asked about work experience and the technologies I have worked with. We also discussed the areas the company is interested in.
The process was simple. They tested your basic knowledge via HackerRank. If you cleared it, you would have two telephonic rounds. Once you cleared both telephonic rounds, you proceeded to the final round for salary and other details negotiation.
