Excellent company to train and progress in professional life.
As a company over 100 years old, I consider it incredible. It has many facilities for its employees, and many benefits as well. The work environment is very warm with very good people. The managers are always predisposed to listen to you and consider opinions and observations, as long as they contribute to the team's progress.
As a downside, one could only say that when innovating, the process may take a little while to be reflected, but if it adds value, it will surely lead to a good outcome.
