Great learning environment. Great mentors. Interesting projects. Good compensation as per intern.
No major complaints, but they won't convert your intern to full-time, especially at these times. You need to look for a job on your own.

Applied through their official website. Received a mail to choose a date from the given options. The interview consisted of almost technical questions. Received an offer and accepted it.
Software Engineer
Standard LeetCode hardware, plus a group interview. Nothing one wouldn't expect from IBM. The interviewer was very helpful in answering any queries I had regarding the question, but wasn't quite willing to divulge anything else.

Online HackerRank for DSA questions, and then one for HTML/CSS. DSA was straightforward, not difficult – like an easy LeetCode question. CSS did not work no matter what I did. It was playing games with me.
