Stable company, good for those who want to stay in it. Good culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect, with friendly and professional colleagues. Many channels for free courses and vouchers for certifications. Great benefits (meal voucher, food voucher, health plan, etc.).
- Very bureaucratic to change accounts and promotions.
- Little support at the beginning to know what to do.
- Many mandatory courses that are repetitive.
- Clients with very legacy technologies (you have to be careful not to fall behind and find time to study, because often the technologies do not keep up with the market).
- Very long work hours (44 hours per week + probable overtime to meet deadlines).
