It was a nice process. They reached out via my university email, and we had a short interview process where they mostly asked system questions. I was also asked questions related to GitHub.

Never met employer in person after phone interviews. I found this odd in the process. The technical question was not that difficult. Sent to HQ for NEO before first day. Great orientation and trip to NYC.

A couple of phone calls. One on-site interview of 2 hours. One hour whiteboard session with some technical questions. An hour with the manager and others on cultural fit, etc.
