Complicated process spanning over couple of months and several technical rounds, from engineer to director level. Major stress is on hands-on implementation and some on team and resource management.

It was okay. It was an interesting way of doing things, where I learned new things. The interviewers were offshore, and some things were quite new to them as well. Overall, it was a good experience and interesting sharing.

I was interviewed one time, about two or three weeks after I applied. My interviewers were three of my future managers. They were friendly and to the point, which was nice. Overall, a nice experience. Interview Questions
