A Year Full of Changes and Challenges
This year IBM allowed me to work from home without major problems. I could stay at home, working to maintain the rhythm.
I work in a group in another country; my manager is there. Sometimes it isn't easy for my local manager to see what I do, even when the foreign manager is happy with my work.
It could be fantastic if my local manager tries to look for a promotion. In the end, the local manager manages the capital.
Please, do not let the global position alone. To work in a global position means working for two bosses at the same time without recognition.
