Lots of responsibility was allocated to me, which was pleasantly surprising as a coop student. I was essentially managing a mobile team at one point.

I got to play around with a lot of cool new technologies. It was a good learning experience.

Can work from home basically all the time.

120 Bloor is a very modern and relaxed environment, atypical from the traditional IBM offices.

You have to make opportunities for yourself, as your manager doesn't really support you much. I had to take initiative and join projects myself.

There are often many boring, dull days where little gets done. The people here aren't as bright as you would find in other tech companies. I felt like most people were relying on my knowledge of something more than I was relying on them.
