Stressful environment that drains you even when you're not there. Terrible PLR. It is said there are career opportunities, but in my area, the possibility of advancement is very low. There are too many "leaders" for too few people actually working. Those who work in shifts other than the administrative shift are unaware of what IBM truly is.
