There is no dress code, as long as there is common sense. There is a lot of flexibility with schedules. Plenty of learning opportunities with courses and training. Depending on the area, the atmosphere is relaxed.
The salary could be a little better when compared to other companies in the same industry. The career plan in some areas may take longer than expected.
