Daily learning, big projects where participation is very important for our customers, and in the day-to-day, we add more knowledge and help our project colleagues. IBM gives us all the tools possible to do the best job possible. I feel privileged.
Nothing to declare; I feel at home.
I believe that an important improvement would be greater feedback, more humanized feedback, and after that, using the evaluation tools.

The selection process is a bit long. They are technical questions from everyday work. There is also the interview in English, which is quite straightforward, but you really need to know English well.
