Flexibility with respect to time zone and remote working. However, recently, 3 days working from the office has been made mandatory.

A big pool of resources, trainings, etc., is available.

Movement within the organization for different roles is possible.
- Payscale is not on par with the industry.
- The appraisal process is not good. Only a small fraction benefits.
Payscale parity should be there to retain a good skillset.

I received an invitation by email and had a half-hour call with HR. It was quite pleasant, very relaxed. Still, I didn't get it because it was fully in-person in CABA, and I'm from Tucumán.
