Data Engineer
I interviewed in December 2020. The first round was an online test, which I cleared. I was then called by HR the very next day for the technical round. After clearing the technical round, HR called me on very short notice for the managerial round. It

The process was very smooth. The people were very nice and reasonable. There were six engineers asking questions. The ending statement was delivered by the hiring manager. He explained why IBM is the best workplace to develop one's career path.

It had three rounds, all with simple questions that didn't offer much hike on current salary: 1. Technical: basic Java, Spring Boot, and SQL questions. 2. Managerial. 3. Salary discussion with HR.
