Software Engineer
The interview process included: * One coding round with medium difficulty. * 15 MCQs on tech concepts. * Two interview rounds where candidates were asked about their projects. Approximately 50 students from our college were selected.
Software Engineer
It was an aptitude test, followed by a technical interview, and later a call from HR. The next day, I was called for a technical interview with the lead architects, and then I waited for one month for a call from HR.
Senior ABAP Developer
It was nice, with two technical rounds followed by a managerial round and finally an HR round for salary discussion. Once you are selected and join IBM, you may be directly taken onto a project, as a few technical rounds are project-specific.
