Associate Software Developer
It was an amazing process. They made us play a series of games to check our cognitive knowledge, and we also took a psychometric test. Twenty people were selected out of one hundred.
Cloud Engineer
I had a talk with an offshore HR representative. Afterwards, I had another talk with a (potential) colleague. I did not have a talk to go over the proposal. That was a document sent over email and accessible in IBM's HR portal.
