Great company to work with. Good respect for IBM's logo with customers, and the work atmosphere is competitive with less politics. Management gives importance to what we talk and deliver and appreciates innovation and new thought leadership. Plenty of opportunities for patenting your ideas. IBM is highly process-oriented and gives importance to the employee in every possible aspect.
Nothing as observed so far. Might be I am luckier to get the opportunity to work with people who have a good mindset and attitude.
None
The first round is a telephonic interview, followed by a technical video call (round 2), and then an HR round for salary discussion. The total process is good. However, I feel it's a very good company to join, especially with good pay.
They are asking only about Databricks, pipelines, and project-related topics. I was expecting some different topics, but they stuck with Databricks pipelines. There were no questions about Python, SQL, Linux, or PowerShell. It completed within 20
I went through the first round, which was full of TOSCA technical questions. I then had a second interview, which was purely webservices.
