Pros: IBM is a very good company to work with.
It has a very good company culture.
WFH is something very normal here.
If you want to learn new things and technology, it's the best place to be.
Cons: Mostly everything is nice in IBM.

Pros: - No micro-management
- Good environment for beginners
- That's all.
Cons: - Many times to do OT.
- Lack of manpower, so can't take proper off-time.
- Not a diverse team. Need to know the specific language. English is not enough for the work, because other team members can't speak well in English, but can speak that specific language.
- No agile system. Everything is ad-hoc based and urgent.
- Very little increase.
- No career plan or track career growth. Just need to deliver what managers ask only.
