It is a good company for someone who does not have any demands in life and is ready to have a stagnant life.

As I said earlier, it is a good company for someone who does not have any demands in life and is ready to have a stagnant life. But if someone wants to grow within a company and their career, IBM is not a place to work for.
Truly speaking, I feel like I have wasted my 3 years in IBM.
- Poor management
- Politics
- No growth. The best performers will get an average appraisal of 3 to 4%.
- No opportunity to learn new technology.
We need to have a serious look at middle management. A management restructure is required.
