Good place to work
Working with excellent people who look after their employees. The travel involved is both good and bad; it depends on where you have to go. The best thing though is the people. IBM just has great people, and it has been a pleasure working with them.
Too much travel, see above, it does depend on where you go. It gets less exciting as you get older.
Make sure people get work that matches their aspirations.
