Very professional & swift process. The talent acquisition team is very transparent and cooperative. The whole process took little less than 2.5 weeks. The technical interview went for 45 mins.

Standard 2-3 rounds of interviews. The technical round is the main round for junior positions. For senior positions, all rounds matter for elimination. Technical rounds are mostly done remotely or on telephone within IBM premises.

I had four rounds of interviews. One was a cognitive ability test, and the others were technical (1st & 2nd) and managerial rounds. The first round was with two onshore interviewers, and the second was with onshore and offshore interviewers combined
