There are a few. The technology is great, and the people who I have worked with are great team players. The assignments have been very challenging, which I believe has helped me in achieving my career goals. My management team allows me to use my creativity in accomplishing my assignments. They continue to apprise me of IBM-related issues and progress, which has made me feel like part of the team. They have also given me time off for personal issues and have demonstrated their compassion to my needs. All in all, this has been a great group of people to work for and with. My salary has grown through the years, and I am comfortable with its growth. My family and I feel grateful for having the opportunity to work for IBM for these 30+ years.
The only downside I can think of is the changes to the medical plan. Although IBM never promised me free medical coverage, it still continues to increase from year to year.
The other area where they could use some improvement is in all of us who reach the quarter-century club. It would be nice to honor this in a more thankful way.
Other than that, I am happy with the company.
My feedback would be for them to continue to reduce costs and get the stock prices higher.
I like the way they have changed the direction of the company over the years and hope they will continue.
Continue to communicate with the employees, along with bringing in newer young top guns.
Continue to focus on the green movement as well as going after the stimulus money.

I was introduced to the manager by an ex-colleague, so the interview might not have been as formal as others may have experienced. During the interview, there were many predefined questions, likely from HR, regarding personality and management/inter
There were two rounds. The first round was the technical interview, where they asked technical questions on the technologies I worked on, such as Spring Boot and microservices. The second round was the HR round.
