I found their job post on a job board (Glassdoor.com) and applied through their site directly. A few days later, or about a week after, they called me and invited me for an interview. I was not informed of the written exam.
It took more than 3 months. The technical interview was easy, asking about your projects and skills on your CV. The second and final interviews were personal discussions about education and interpersonal skills.
They asked real-time, detailed questions. The interviewer did not know how to give the right feedback. They asked all DataStage questions but received feedback that basic SQL questions were not answered.
