Good people and good corporate culture.
Grand old company.
Good to work for a global employer.
Easy to change roles within the company.
Not cutting edge.
Too much blue tape.
Everything happens slowly.
Does pay well.
IBM is hoping to reinvent themselves.
I hope they make it.
Not looking that good currently.
If you are a services company, people are your assets.
Be more selective and look after them better.
