Recently, I had an interview at IBM, and what a pathetic experience it was. Initially, I received a call from someone who I assumed was an HR representative but turned out to be an admin guy (strange enough). He sent me an email about my interview

Waste projects and waste process. No proper feedback was given to candidates after interviews. At least an update should be provided regarding selection status. Additionally, there is no value given to the candidates' time.
