I have some faith that I will grow in this career.
I should have negotiated my starting salary. At the time, I was very excited to start there; however, I should have been more aggressive in stating my base salary. Since this is my first real professional job, I look at it as a lesson learned.
Stop being so focused on the bottom line and EPS.
