Pros

Remote work was nice. Although they didn’t pay for office equipment beyond your laptop and docking station.

Want a nice chair? Pay for it yourself. Fast internet? Again, it comes out of your pocket.

Cons

They didn’t pay for squat.

Even though you may have been working 45 to 60 hours a week for the last three years, you only accumulate the “standard amount”. If you leave the company having took a couple of extra days, they will send you a bill for the difference.

If you are in sales, they will come up with every BS excuse they can not to actually pay you your commission.

Advice to Management

Stop screwing over people. You have low pay compared to industry standards. People stagnate unless they work 60 hours a week to become an STSM or DE.

Get rid of your lying sales management. Pay the commissions people are promised and earn.

Oh, and I left of my own accord due to the stress. They are now trying to hire two people to do the job I did for a relatively low wage.
