Good work and life balance

This happened to me at the IBM Bannerugatta office, next to Shoppers Stop. They made me wait for an endless amount of time. When I pestered the receptionist numerous times, she called the HR and the panel. The process really sucks. I waited 4.5 hour
Interviewers were not good in their behavior. Also, the slot was very short. If a single answer to a question went wrong, candidates were not continued in the interview process.
IBM's requirement process was, as always, swift and easygoing. The recruiters were also very friendly. Regular emails were sent periodically, which were helpful in providing necessary updates.
