It's quiet, the salary is paid when it should be, flexible hours. Easy to hide yourself if you have something else to do during work hours.
Bureaucratic, promotions based on talk, not on facts, generally no salary raise, and most of all, the management is retarded and knows nothing about the products. Some do not have basic IT knowledge.
Repay the people that carry you on their shoulders and start studying.
