You will not get released from the project if you are a good performer, even after 18 months, though we request it. It also will not work out. The pay scale compared to market standards is low.
Please compensate existing employees to retain them if they are willing to move out because of their package. Also, every 18 months, change their project so that they can be exposed to more technologies.
