Does not stay competitive on compensation. Don’t expect any bonuses, and you will be lucky to get a 1% salary increase in a year if you are a top performer. No RSUs unless you are high band and the highest performing.
IBM Corporate keeps promising that the company will grow, but it never does. They have sold out their future for nearly a decade by doing stock buybacks and not investing in products, technology, or their employees.
