Pros

Trainings are available which are top-notch.

Processes are in place to restrict the employee from getting anything.

Salaries, compared to other organizations, are very low.

Cons

IBM should take bottom-up feedback very seriously. Some managers from Global Services are doing and defining policies at their own will. Even for PBC, they don't care to take client feedback. Everything which is my and a few other colleagues' personal opinion is that few managers make the band salary based on the person's ability to satisfy them outside of work. Even some account managers do not take phone calls, nor do their peers.

Advice to Management

Please make a forum for a few managers' feedback on day-to-day activities. They are not only ruining IBM's client relationships but also helping IBM to lose its good employees.
