Very professional environment. Flexible hours and very flexible on the type of work people do. It is very easy to move from one project to another and learn new things. They encourage and give time to study and learn.
Full of processes. Processes are getting in the way.
Also full of managers, which I presume is the reason for the focus on processes. Managers like processes; most of them are extremely focused on all the stuff that the developers have to keep up to date about what they do, instead of focusing on what is done and how it is done.
They also like meetings. OMG, the meetings! Sometimes it is impossible to get anything done because of the meetings. Sometimes all that comes out of the meeting is the time and place of the next meeting.
I received a call from an IBM Success Partner. The process took one week. The interview was very easy, and there were two rounds: * The first was a technical round, with questions based on Java basics and Spring. * The second was an HR + manager
I attended only one round and rejected. They called me for the position of Java Full Stack Developer position and took an interview for a different position. 1. MongoDB: How to get only certain fields? 2. AngularJS: Difference between service and f
I first applied through the online web portal and then received a call from the hiring manager. I was scheduled for a single-day interview, which included 3-4 technical rounds followed by an HR round.
