Pros

Large company with some sense of security if you are among the top contributors. Benefits aren't bad. Lots of room to move around if you are young and mobile. Ability to work at home.

Cons

Resource Actions instead of revenue growth. Benefits degraded from what they used to be. One of the values that attracted me to this company was "Respect for the Individual." That is long gone and has been replaced by new values centered solely around business results. Pensions are gone for new employees and have been replaced by an adequate 401K.

Advice to Management

They wouldn't listen anyway, but remember, PEOPLE are your most valuable assets.
