The work-life balance is great. You can organize your working times (within reason) around your family/personal needs. Working from home is accepted if the job gets done all the same.
The company counts every cent they spend. Apart from salary and the usual benefits (VHI, pension, and so on), employees won't receive any other benefits. Sometimes, even getting essentials (like a good chair or a monitor) requires a lot of time and a lot of pushing.
The company is huge, and teams are more often than not spread around the world, so you might end up being the only person in your office working on a given project. This does not facilitate good team behaviors and engagement.
