If you want to screw up your career, then join IBM. There's no good reason to join IBM unless you are lazy and want to work from home. However, WFH is also available for some projects.
IBM is good for managers because managers are lazy.
Screw your career. Kill your dreams. No hike for many years. If you ask for reasons, then they will give reasons which are not acceptable. IBM is good for managers.
Change your management. Otherwise, a 100-year-old company will die soon.
