Telephonic interview, followed by 3 rounds of face-to-face interviews. Lot of time went into waiting at their office for my turn, as they had called 20 candidates for the same job opening.

Mostly, questions were asked about resumes and previous projects. Basic technical questions were asked from BRF+, Smartforms, and Enhancements. It felt more like a discussion rather than a formal interview.

The interview went well, but the hiring process is still in a dilemma. My interview happened on November 4th, 2017, and HR told me she would let me know by December 1st, 2017, but there are still no updates. The process is too pathetic. I have dropp
