It is better for managers to join this organization, as it makes your life simple and you'll have no worries for the rest of your career.
Most managers (not all) don't have much to do.
Lowest worst pay scale in the IT industry.
Should mostly be your 4th or 5th company, never the first one to start your career with.
Look into the betterment and career of employees who have been there for long and stand by promises made, rather than run away from what is promised.
