Even though they say that they are an equal opportunity employer, internal job movement is very tough and political; you cannot move that easily. You have to stick to the same project and the same skill for years.
Forget about hikes, promotions, and bonuses. It is very rare here.
Please help employees in grabbing internal opportunities without being political.
