The company has a great vision for this product, but that is mainly screwed by IBM Watson Health, India, managers!
Please change the India Management entirely to achieve the company's great vision for the product.
This happened to me at the IBM Bannerugatta office, next to Shoppers Stop. They made me wait for an endless amount of time. When I pestered the receptionist numerous times, she called the HR and the panel. The process really sucks. I waited 4.5 hour
The initial process will be an online test. After that, there will be three rounds: two technical rounds and one HR round. These will mostly check your DS knowledge, the latest Java version features, and design skills.
My interview at IBM was smooth and professional. The panel focused on technical skills, problem-solving, and communication. They were friendly, asked scenario-based questions, and emphasized teamwork and adaptability. Overall, it was good.
