IBM

The process is very simple and basic. It involves one technical and one HR round. Mostly, questions are based on your experience and skills. Domain knowledge is most important. Additional skills are welcome for the position.

1. Coding test 2. Small technical discussion 3. HR/Manager discussion 4. Offer letter The offer letter was revised as they offered less than we had discussed during the interview. Also, the date of joining changed accordingly.

Nowadays, it's really difficult to clear technical rounds at IBM. One has to be technically strong and should have a good implementation idea. It's not so easy to get an offer letter.
