Very Bad Experience - IBM
On time, salary, and holidays.
Very bad work-life balance. I sometimes worked 18-20 hours. Project allocation is a very bad process. Your work-life totally depends on your project. In my case, it is very bad. I was forced most of the time to work more than 12 hours, due to which I suffered a lot of diseases. No proper communication. Facing a "do or die" situation.
Improve work-life balance because we are human beings, and we all have families.
