There were two rounds of technical interviews. The first round focused on basic Java, OOPs concepts, J2EE, etc. The second round was a bit tougher, focusing on designing an application. This was followed by a managerial round.

Very unprofessional behavior. I had to wait 5 hours for just one round of interview. After waiting for 5 hours, I got the response that my skillset did not match the requirement; they needed a .NET guy, and I am from an MSBI background.

The hiring process is good. The interview consists of two technical rounds and one manager round.
