Expense reduction has gone too far. All hiring is now offshore. Every year there is another new policy or two that results in employees paying more or earning less.
Stop trying to innovate by cutting expenses. We're at a crossroads, and once the essence of our US workforce has been lost, we'll never be able to get it back. We may have already crossed that line.
