Good company to learn technology. I joined this as a second company after 4 years of experience. I got good exposure to multiple clouds to do coding.
The manager was in a different geographical location, so they did not pay attention to my work.
They did not do my appraisal after my hard work. They would just say budget constraints.
The workload was extreme.
Please start paying attention to your employees.
