Poor stock purchase plan - only 5% discount.
All while buying back stock. All while driving us to reward the stockholders.
My colleagues at NTAP, CISCO, etc., aren't dealing with this pathetic compensation.
The gym is paid member only and is offsite.
Facilities maintenance is poor.
Start taking care of your employees as priority #1, and the rest will follow for stockholders and stock price.
Please, no grandstanding response. Just address the issues.
