Overall positive experience
Perks are: Flexibility to work from home, can integrate work and life very well, and good vacation.
They are remodeling the site now, so it will have a modern look and feel.
Initially, the salary was low, but then, after getting a good manager, I received a very good raise. So, compensation depends on your performance and manager, but overall, the management is good.
So far I have always had good managers, so nothing to complain about yet. The only exception was the time when my salary was not good.
