My co-workers were always supportive, as were some of the management team. The atmosphere amongst the non-managers is relatively good, and most people get along. People are not out to get your job or step on you.
There isn't a tremendous opportunity to move up the ladder nowadays. However, most of the managers do not give consistent feedback, either good or bad.
The employees need to hear from the managers, mostly now with the down economy, so they don't have to look over their shoulders all the time. You don't want a team that is paranoid about losing their job.
I would give your subordinates more consistent feedback concerning their work.
It was good. Very cooperative HR. The process went smoothly. It was a nice experience with this organization. I have learned so many new skills which will be helpful in my professional growth.
I got a call, and they scheduled my interview. It was 3 rounds: * Technical * Manager * HR round Initially, they had a multiple-choice online test, which was more about my core skills.
Initially, the process involved a written technical test, followed by a technical face-to-face interview, and later an HR round. However, as the HR representative did not seem willing to offer significant value, I declined the offer.
