There is a good culture at IBM; my co-workers are very collaborative.
There are very talented people here who work very hard to make the company successful.
Flexibility is superb, with many people working from home.
The pay is good, and the 401k is one of the best I have seen.
Sometimes there is a lot of work to do, many things going on. But that is also a good opportunity for learning.
Keep your people motivated; give more feedback.
