The selection process lasted approximately one month, between the initial conversations and the submission of the proposal itself. After the first contact, some technical and logic tests are conducted.

I've never seen a recruiter with so much ill will as the one who handled my process. She doesn't provide feedback on the progress, nor does she inform me if I've advanced to the next stage or not. She also refuses to send the benefits by message.

Relatively easy interview. The hardest part was the English test. The process is simple and virtual. There is an interview with the Brazilian team and also with a person from the USA.
